Mike and his daughter did an amazing job! They are knowledgeable, showed up on time and was done in a very reasonable time. Mike took the time to clean up and explain all of the functions of the water softner in terms that was easy to understand. I would HIGHLY recommend their business, excellent customer service and quality products.

I wish every company I dealt with was as AWESOME as Mike and Home-Soft! It ended up that we called the poor guy late in the afternoon to ask questions and he dropped what he was doing at his own home to talk to us for well over half an hour. He gave us great advice and explained WHY he was recommending each product. We decided on what we wanted to purchase for our new home and when he came out to install, there were some questions related to the new plumbing manifold that needed to be answered. Mike wanted to make absolutely sure that our plumbing warranty would not be voided by the install. He did not charge us for having to come back once we had the answers and he even trusted us enough to leave the new equipment at our house without payment, ready for when he came back. He did a fantastic job on the Big Blue filter and water softener installation! His prices are competitive, he has a super simple payment plan and he's easy and friendly to work with. The service speaks for itself. Thanks Mike and Emily for making this improvement to our home so easy with no pressure and worry-free!

After my old softener died, I contacted Mike for a new installation. He was very prompt in getting back to me and explaining all the options. I was pleasantly surprised when he happened to offer the model I was most interested in. The install went smoothly and looks great! You would never know he had been there, the clean up was good and he took the old one away. He offered a package at a great price and was available and very helpful after the install when I had a few follow up questions. Would highly recommend!!

My previous water softener's seal broke releasing resin into the whole house. I was tight for time and wanted a product that matched my old valve for a seamless install. Mike was out of town when I called but made arrangements to have the correct Softener ordered and delivered asap. He asked many questions to ensure the match was perfect and his knowledge of the product and system is top notch. Mike made sure the unit was programmed properly at his shop before I took it home and was available for consult when I installed it. Price of the unit is cheaper than the big box stores too. I rarely write reviews online, but Mike is so deserving of this 5-star rating. I'm more than happy to recommend him to my family and friends. Truly a pleasure doing business with you, Mike!

Had an absolutely incredible experience with Mike and his son.
